About the Role:
The Company is seeking a VP, Global People Operations to lead the strategic design and delivery of its global people function. This role is pivotal in shaping a cohesive and scalable employee experience, from the moment a candidate accepts an offer to every milestone in their career. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of reimagining how people operations and workplace services are delivered, with a strong focus on AI and automation to reduce manual work and enhance the end-to-end employee journey. Key responsibilities include global people operations leadership, AI-forward process and technology optimization, global payroll management, and office and workplace experience oversight. The role also demands a strong background in HR policy, compliance, and a proven track record in leading large-scale process and technology transformation in HR. Applicants for the VP, Global People Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in people operations, with a significant leadership background in a global, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global payroll operations, EOR models, and multi-country payroll providers. Experience in leading office and workplace operations at a multi-site global organization is a strong plus. The role requires a leader with excellent analytical, project management, and change management skills, who is an outstanding communicator and collaborator. A builder's mindset, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications are also essential. The VP will be expected to contribute to enterprise-wide people strategy, build and lead a global team, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
