About the role
Finom is seeking an Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design to own and elevate our visual identity across marketing and product. You will lead the Marketing Design team, shape system-level brand guidelines, and collaborate with product and copy to ensure a cohesive, AI-enabled brand experience.
You will build and mentor a design organization, define scalable processes, and deliver high-impact visuals and motion assets across channels. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.
