Overview
In this senior full‑stack role you will build and evolve a web-based AI platform that translates domain expertise into scalable, validated AI-driven workflows. You’ll bridge the UI, APIs, and the agent layer to enable transparent, inspectable AI work in confidential, high-stakes environments. You will own product experiences from user intent to agent action, focusing on reliability, usability, and real-time feedback. Your work shapes how consultants and domain experts collaborate with agents to produce high-quality analytical deliverables.

Responsibilities Develop and evolve the React web application across core surfaces (authentication, session setup, workspace navigation, file review, streaming agent activity, results review, admin)Create reusable components for complex, stateful workflows and maintainable code Build Express/Type Script API endpoints for session orchestration, file management, workspace operations, usage tracking, and new capabilities Integrate frontend with backend services for authentication, LLM routing, usage tracking, agent orchestration, cloud storage, and PostgreSQL data Translate backend and agent states into intuitive UI patterns (empty, progress, error, review, resumable workflows)Implement real-time streaming interface between backend, agent runtime, and UI using server-sent events Render incremental agent output (tokens, tool cards, plans, progress, costs, file changes, final states)Manage stream lifecycles, retries, cancellations, error recovery, and user feedback during long-running workflows Define event contracts and UX patterns to communicate agent behavior and status to users Design runtime tools and agent schemas to support safe, expandable tool usage Develop multi-turn agent loop, tool execution, and isolated container-based execution environments Create reusable patterns for adding tools while maintaining runtime reliability
Key requirements Strong Type Script skills across frontend and backend Experience with React, Vite, Node.js/Express APIsExperience building or consuming real-time interfaces (SSE, Web Sockets)Experience with LLM-powered agentic systems and tool calling Prompt engineering for structured, multi-step workflows Comfort using Python for agent tools and data processing Understanding of browser authentication, JWT, CORS, and security boundaries Familiarity with PostgreSQL and API-driven design Experience with Docker or Linux-based execution environments Strong product judgment, debugging, and documentation skillsstrong product judgmentexcellent problem-solving and debugging instinctsclear technical communication and documentation Type Script React Vite
