Primary Duties: And Responsibilities Filing and organizing, printing, copying, scanning, etc. Greet and assist faculty, staff, students, and guests with general questions about CLASS and Belmont University broadly. Maintain the cleanliness of the office reception area, workrooms, and storage rooms. Assist with organization, inventory, and stocking of office supplies for faculty and staff. Sort mail into appropriate faculty mailboxes and assist in mail delivery. Be prepared to assist with various tasks related to the support of CLASS faculty, staff, and students. Position is mostly sitting at a front desk or in the workroom. May require lifting items up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications: MUST qualify for Federal Work Study to be considered Must possess a professional & positive demeanor, while having good social etiquette Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality Must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent communicaition skills Must have a willingness to learn new skills Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
