About the role

About Domain MoneyDomain Money is a flat-fee financial planning and wealth management company. Clients work one-on-one with a Certified Financial Planner™ for a transparent, flat fee instead of a percentage of their assets.
The role: We're hiring a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition and grow our content engine. You'll report to the VP, Marketing and own performance marketing channels. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats: paid, content, SEO/AEO, landing pages, and reporting.
What you'll do:
  • Run paid acquisition hands-on. Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and own CAC, pacing, and booked-call targets.
  • Manage our performance agency consultant. Set priorities, review results, and hold the channel to its numbers.
  • Own the testing roadmap. Test ad creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages, keeping the ad-to-page experience consistent, to keep raising conversion rates.
  • Own the booking funnel. Track performance from click to booked consultation and fix the leaks.
  • Own reporting. Deliver clear, timely campaign, budget, and performance analysis, with recommendations on where to shift spend.
  • Build our content engine. Lead SEO/AEO strategy and the editorial calendar, working with our CFPs to publish trustworthy financial content.
  • Work with AI every day. Use AI tools for research, drafting, creative variations, and analysis so a small team ships like a big one.
  • Pitch in wherever growth needs you. Partners, affiliates, lifecycle tests: on a small team, the job is the outcome.
  • What you bring3–5 years of performance marketing experience in fintech or financial services, or 5–7 years in another industry
  • Hands-on, daily experience in Meta Ads Manager, plus Google Ads
  • A track record of managing meaningful paid budgets against CAC and conversion targets
  • Experience marketing in a regulated environment (financial services, insurance, or healthcare) and working through compliance review
  • Strength in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, and Mixpanel; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Daily AI fluency: tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini are already part of how you work, and you can show how they've changed your output, including workflows you've built to operate like a team on your own
  • Clear communication: you can explain technical results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Real interest in content and SEO/AEO, even if it hasn't been your main focus yet
  • A scrappy, hungry approach: you'd rather build the campaign than write the brief for someone else
Nice to have:
  • Marketing experience at an RIA, wealth manager, or consumer fintech
  • Familiarity with financial marketing compliance (e.g., the SEC Marketing Rule)
  • Creative testing frameworks and landing page CROAffiliate or creator partnership experience
  • Compensation & location
Salary: Competitive salary, plus equity and benefits
Location: Remote
Reports to: VP, Marketing

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
