About the role
tem is seeking a Brand & Creative Design Lead to shape how we show up in the world. This senior, hands-on role sits in Brand & Credibility, partnering with Product and Growth to turn strategy into bold, high-quality work.
You'll be in the work daily, collaborating with our creative team to build strong brand foundations and multi-channel campaigns. In the first 12 months, you'll establish a clear creative system, ship standout campaigns for a major launch, and drive adoption of our self-serve AI
