About the role
Hawk Auto Groupis a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Billerat our corporate location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Post daily bankfunding and process lien payoffs.
Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents.
Check/maintain inventory schedule with management.
Reconcile schedules and ensure all funds have been collected.
Post new and used sales of vehicles to accounting and verify gross profit.
Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Experience: Automotive Biller: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule:
