About the role
Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) functional/application support. Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Experience with Project Accounting, Expense Reports, Timesheets, Number Sequences, and localization. Troubleshoot finance configurations, transactions, posting issues, workflows, and production incidents. Knowledge of security roles, application configuration, and period-close processes. Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Dual-write, and data entities is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills.
Note:
Candidates must be flexible to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
