Job Description:
  • The project manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, documentation, and execution across multiple jobs
  • Review contracts and drawings to ensure alignment with scope and requirements
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administration
  • Own project financials including cost tracking, forecasts, and margin performance
  • Prepare monthly reports, cost projections, and owner pay applications
  • Oversee schedules in collaboration with superintendents to ensure timely delivery

The Successful Applicant For the project manager role we are seeking:5+ years of experience as a project manager with a commercial general contractor Proven track record delivering ground-up projects ($5M-$30M range preferred) Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contracts Proficiency with construction management and scheduling softwareOSHA 30-hour certification Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel regionally What's On Offer Competitive salary: $95,000 - $125,000 Strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance High employer contribution to healthcare premiums 401(k) with company participation Paid time off and structured benefits onboarding Clear pathway for career progression within a growing business
