About the role
Remote is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in the United States to lead strategic HR initiatives for a rapidly growing, globally distributed tech organization. You will partner with R&D leaders to shape people strategy, org design, and performance management while expanding international employment operations.
This role covers UK/EOR markets, compliance with local laws, and scalable processes across time zones, including travel to the UK.
