About the role

Acosta, Inc. seeks a Process Excellence Lead to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate and drive end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT). You will define readiness gates, establish baselines, and guide automation and data-driven improvements. Based in Jacksonville, FL, you will lead a global team of analysts, apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining, and partner with stakeholders to realize value and AI/automation program success.
