About the role
Own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for Acosta's GBS transformation. Lead end-to-end process redesign across all GCC-bound function families. No process is cleared for wave transition without Process Excellence Lead sign-off. Directly conditions value realization and AI/automation program success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- -Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or related field or equivalent years of experience.8-12 years in process improvement, operational excellence, or GBS/shared services transformation with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven quantified productivity improvement track record
- Experience with process mapping at depth (L3-L4+), variant analysis, and multi-BU standardization
Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven track record in GCC or shared services migration applying simplify-before-migrate methodology
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process redesign across Finance, HR, or Procurement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis preferred)
Prior GCC setup experience in India or Mexico
Familiarity with GPO governance design and operating model frameworks
Experience designing automation-ready processes (RPA/AI requirements at design level)CPG, retail, or commercial services industry background preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Process Assessment & Baseline: Lead process maturity assessments across all Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes (Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT, Europe SGA). Establish baseline productivity metrics as the value realization baseline. Process Redesign & Standardization: Lead future-state process design for all GCC-bound processes. Apply simplify-first: eliminate non-value-add steps, remove unjustified BU variants, consolidate duplicates before migration. Own the Simplification Scorecard. Migration Readiness Gate (Sign-Off Authority): Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist. No process migrates without Process Excellence Lead sign-off. Minimum: L3+ mapped, SOP complete, RACI defined, baseline established, automation flagged, KT package ready. Productivity Improvement: Identify and deliver process-level quick wins with measured pre/post impact. Lead Lean events (kaizen, value stream mapping) for high-complexity processes before migration gate. Future-State Process Design: Own the end-to-end future-state process architecture for GBS at full GCC+AI maturity (18-24 month horizon). Design for the dual-hub model: India, Mexico, retained U.S. team, and BU-embedded roles. Global Process Owner (GPO) Support: Support the design and stand-up of the GPO function from Day 1. Build GPO operating cadence: performance reviews, standardization governance, exception management, and CI pipeline Lead and develop a global team of Process Excellence Analysts focused on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, standardization, and service delivery excellence across multiple regions and functions. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, automation, and data-driven methodologies to optimize workflows and accelerate business outcomes. Build organizational capability by coaching analysts and business stakeholders on process improvement methodologies, change management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Full time
