Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary This role is responsible for performing commercial pressure washing services, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, siding, roofs, concrete surfaces and commercial properties and equipment. Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, hoses, and cleaning solutions Assess job sites and determine appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction Follow all safety protocols and properly handle equipment and chemicals Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and civilians on-site Document completed work and report any issues or equipment needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning, sanitation, janitorial, or labor-intensive roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Physical Requirements:
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift 50+ lbs., including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing · Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and waste materials safely
- Work Environment
- Outdoor job sites include public facilities
- Exposure to odors, waste materials, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work environment
- Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
