Agency Background | Creator Partnerships | Whitelisting & Paid Media Scaling Karma and Luck is seeking a results-driven Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our influencer and creator marketing program across jewelry, spiritual gifts, and home décor. We’re looking for someone with strong influencer agency experience, an established creator network, deep knowledge of whitelisting and partnership ads, and a proven record of scaling profitable campaigns. You should know how to find the right talent, negotiate effective partnerships, produce compelling content, and turn successful creator assets into measurable growth. What You’ll OwnBuild our influencer strategy: Develop a clear plan across paid partnerships, product gifting, affiliates, brand ambassadors, and creator content. Source and manage talent: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with creators who fit our brand, audience, and commercial goals. Lead whitelisting and partnership ads: Manage creator permissions, account access, usage rights, authorization periods, renewals, and coordination with our paid media team. Scale winning content: Identify high-performing creators, hooks, and assets, then expand successful partnerships and creative production based on results. Develop strong creative briefs: Guide creators on storytelling, product demonstrations, gifting moments, styling, and calls to action while preserving their authentic voice. Negotiate smart agreements: Secure competitive rates and clear deliverables, including paid usage rights, raw footage, editing rights, exclusivity, and performance incentives. Run campaigns from start to finish: Own outreach, contracts, product seeding, timelines, content reviews, approvals, posting schedules, and reporting. Grow affiliate revenue: Recruit productive affiliates, structure incentives, and develop promising creators into long-term partners. Partner with paid media: Build a steady pipeline of creator assets for testing and scaling across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Own measurement and budgets: Track creator costs, content performance, attributed revenue, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and overall program profitability. Build repeatable processes: Maintain an organized creator database, content library, rights tracker, and campaign calendar. What You Bring 5+ years of influencer or creator marketing experience, including substantial experience at an influencer, social, or performance marketing agency. A proven track record of scaling influencer programs for e-commerce brands, ideally in jewelry, fashion, beauty, accessories, wellness, or gifting. Hands-on expertise in creator whitelisting, Meta partnership ads, and TikTok Spark Ads, including permissions, commercial rights, and campaign execution. Demonstrated success turning creator content into paid media assets that support profitable customer acquisition. An established network of creators, talent managers, and agencies, with the ability to activate relationships quickly. Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring fixed-fee, affiliate, hybrid, and performance-based partnerships. A sharp creative eye and an understanding of what makes content earn attention, build trust, and convert. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distinguish organic engagement from sales impact and paid advertising performance. Experience managing multiple campaigns, meaningful budgets, and a consistent volume of creator deliverables. A hands-on approach, strong follow-through, and clear accountability for results.
What Success Looks Like: A reliable pipeline of qualified creators and fresh, usable content. More winning creator assets available for paid media testing and scaling. Profitable growth in influencer and affiliate revenue. Stronger acquisition performance from creator-led advertising. Better commercial terms, clear usage rights, and timely campaign delivery. Long-term creator relationships that grow with the brand. Why Karma and LuckWork directly with our leadership, creative, and paid media teams to grow a brand built around meaningful jewelry and thoughtful gifting. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our creator program and turn strong partnerships into a significant growth channel.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
