Manager
SALARY
$175-200 K
About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party partners, owning day-to-day relationship management, escalation, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain a portfolio view of the partner base: who drives volume, who drives quality, who is growing, and where concentration risk sits.
- Partner with the Affiliate Hunter & Affiliate Consultant to prospect, pitch, and onboard new partners, and develop the value proposition and pitch materials that win them.
- Run regular business reviews with top partners, sharing performance transparently and identifying where both sides can grow the relationship.
- Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring Goldco is a program partners actively want to promote rather than one among many. Deal Structure & Contract Negotiations
- Determine the optimal commercial structure for each partner — flat fee, cost-per-qualified lead (CPQL), cost per acquisition (CPA) or a hybrid of these — that maximizes ROI and partner loyalty to Goldco.
- Negotiate terms directly with partners, balancing partner economics against Goldco’s cost per funded account. Scale, exit, or restructure partners based on partner volume, lead quality, and ROI.
- Own insertion orders (I/O’s) across partners: draft, vet, route through Legal and Marketing leadership for approval, execute, track renewal dates, and maintain a complete and current contract record for each partner.
- Build and maintain internal workflows so routine deals move quickly, and only genuine exceptions require escalation. Influencer / Creator Program Ownership
- Build and own Goldco’s influencer and creator program end to end — sourcing, vetting, briefing, content review, and ongoing relationship management.
- Set the messaging and claims guardrails for creator content, partnering with Legal and Compliance on what partners can and cannot say about gold IRAs, performance, fees, disclosure of partnership.
- Own disclosure standards across all partner and creator content, ensuring material connections are disclosed clearly and conspicuously in line with FTC requirements.
- Partner with internal Creative Director as needed for support on scripting, design, or production, but the intent is that the majority of content needs are sourced directly from this team.
- Negotiate usage rights so that high-performing creator content can be repurposed across paid media and owned channels. Partner Payments
- Ensure every partner is paid accurately and on time each month according to actual production and own the monthly reconciliation between Everflow (tracking and attribution tool) and Salesforce.
- Partner with the Affiliate Operations Manager to ensure lead tracking and attribution in Everflow is working correctly, so payments are right the first time. Resolve tracking discrepancies and attribution disputes with partners quickly and transparently to build trust.
- Maintain lead-quality controls, including duplicate and invalid lead detection, and act when a partner’s quality degrades over time.
- Establish the documentation and operating systems to make the program durable and create redundancies. Performance, Economics & Budget
- Own partner-level economics: cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, blended cost per acquisition, lead-to-funded-account conversion, and funded revenue by partner.
- Define and own the channel KPIs and deliver executive-ready reporting that summarizes holistic channelperformance and return for the company.
- Deploy the fixed affiliate budget new for technology, tooling, or additional resources where the return supports it. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the internal SEO/AEO and paid search managers when it makes sense for partners to work with the internal marketing team and to ensure Goldco is never competing against itself for the same property or volume.
- Partner with Legal on partner content standards and disclosure obligations to effectively manage liability for the company.
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to maximize lead conversion after handoff, including segmentation andnurturing/drip campaigns by partner source.
- Work with Sales to understand partner-sourced lead quality and ensure timely follow-up and execution of leads.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Affiliate Hunter and Affiliate Operations Manager, setting clear goals andexpectations. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSRequired
- 10+ years in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing, including direct people management, withaccountability for partner lead volume, quality, and cost. Ideally in a high-consideration, sales-assisted model.
- Deal structuring and negotiation fluency. Have built and negotiated performance contracts across flat fee, CPL, CPQL, CPA, and hybrid structures, and can think strategically about the trade-offs of each structure.
- Commercial and analytical rigor. Understands partner-level economics, can model cost per acquisition against funded revenue, and can manage degradations in partner performance as needed.
- Influencer and creator program experience. Have sourced, briefed, and managed creators directly, and owned the content review process.
- Working command of endorsement and disclosure requirements as they apply to affiliate and creator content, with a track record of holding partners to disclosure standards.

- Cross-functional influence and executive communication. Must influence Legal, Finance, Paid Search, SEO, and Sales through clarity and credibility, and defend recommendations to senior leaders with evidence. Preferred

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
