About the role
Sundial Media & Technology Group in New York is seeking an experienced Event Production Coordinator to manage logistics for various client activations. Your role includes coordinating project timelines and budgets and supporting the execution of experiences on-site.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience in event production or project coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with production logistics and experience with live events are preferred. Travel may be required for onsite activations.
