About the role
JLL is seeking a seasoned People Experience Partner to enable business and HR priorities, leveraging local knowledge and global HR strategy. You will advise leaders, coach managers, handle employee relations, and help optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance reviews in a distributed U.S.
environment. The role requires 5+ years HR experience, a degree, and comfort working in a remote, matrixed organization.
