About the role

An established New York City architecture firm is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. Working alongside a Senior Manager, you’ll develop and refine layouts for print and digital use. This is an opportunity for an early-career designer who is interested in architecture and enjoys the hands-on work of putting together clear, carefully considered design materials. This is a full-time role, with a hybrid work schedule. We’re looking for: At least one year of relevant graphic design experience Strong skills in InDesign and Photoshop A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, visual arts, or a related field An eye for typography and layout, with close attention to detail The ability to stay organized and manage multiple assignments Previous experience at an architecture or design firm is a plus.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
