Whether the goal is weight loss, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, or building muscle mass, Healthy Fresh Meals offers a range of options to suit various dietary needs. Each meal is freshly prepared and cooked weekly from scratch, then sealed and delivered within 24 hours.
Role Description: This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Hyattsville, MD. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, managing communications, providing executive administrative support, and performing general clerical duties such as printing labels, responding to emails, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
