About the role

Art Director
Position Overview: We are looking for an Art Director to lead the creative direction for a group of six fashion brands, overseeing projects from concept to completion across marketing campaigns, digital content, and photoshoots. This role requires a hands-on approach to creative leadership, ideal for a visually-oriented professional who can adapt to each brand's unique identity, provide a clear creative perspective, and motivate a team to bring that vision to life.
Responsibilities: Drive the development of art direction and creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content initiatives for all six brands. Manage the planning and execution of photoshoots, from concept creation and mood boards to talent casting and on-set direction. Collaborate with brand design teams to ensure campaign imagery and content align with the collections and brand identity. Oversee the creative team's workflow, set priorities, give constructive feedback, and maintain quality and consistency standards for all deliverables. Coordinate with photographers, stylists, producers, and freelance creatives to bring concepts to life visually. Create detailed creative briefs, manage project timelines, and ensure work is completed within budget constraints. Direct visual content and storytelling across various platforms, including email marketing, websites, social media, ecommerce, and paid advertising. Evolve and refine each brand's visual identity while respecting its individual character and market position. Contribute fresh creative ideas, references, and inspiration to enhance the overall marketing and creative efforts. Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging creative technologies to enhance concept development, streamline workflows, and accelerate content creation.
Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in art direction or design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in campaign development, photography, and visual storytelling. Proven track record of directing photoshoots and collaborating with external creative professionals. Experience leading, managing, or mentoring creative team members. Ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams to create cohesive, brand-aligned creative work. Excellent visual sense and understanding of composition, styling, typography, and imagery. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools in the creative process. Capability to balance strategic creative vision with hands-on execution and meticulous attention to detail.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
