This role will be responsible for driving innovation, growth and differentiation within Alight's healthcare navigation business. As the VP of Health Navigation Solution Strategy, you will define strategic direction, spearhead market-leading initiatives, lead Product Development, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Experience 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or related leadership roles, including healthcare navigation, health consulting, or health care industry Proven track record of driving growth and transformation in enterprise-level environments Skills and Competencies Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization and across multiple stakeholder groups Deep understanding of the health care and point solution industry and the broader benefits landscape Application and Interview By applying for a position with Alight, you understand that, should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with Alight's employment policies.
