About the Role: The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Broker Distribution to lead growth across the small commercial property and casualty insurance broker channel. The role will set distribution strategy, own premium growth targets, and build high-quality partnerships by sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with brokers and other distribution partners. The leader will oversee partner performance, grow and develop the distribution team, and bring partner feedback to internal teams to inform products and the broker experience. They will also advance digital and AI-enabled distribution, coordinate partner activation with marketing, represent the business in the market, and report on performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in property and casualty insurance distribution or business development, including seven or more years leading distribution teams at the vice-president level or above. A record of scaling distribution and delivering measurable premium growth is required, along with experience building teams in high-growth environments and strong relationships across small commercial distribution. Applicants should bring knowledge of small business insurance products, underwriting appetite, and commission structures, as well as data-driven leadership, executive presence, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required; experience with digital distribution partnerships, AI-enabled workflows, or larger insurance organizations is preferred, as is a relevant insurance license or professional designation. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
