A global company is seeking a Japanese-speaking Bilingual Office Administrator to support daily office operations, including order processing, general office administration, and expense entry. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating in Japanese at a conversational to advanced level. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Process purchase orders and communicate with vendors Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling support Enter and track expenses accurately in company systems Prepare and review business documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelCreate, update, and verify documents using the company's internal systems Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Support general office operations, including light office maintenance Assist with other administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Conversational Japanese bilingual skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Experience with order processing using an ERP system is a plus.
