Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to ensure project alignment and clarity on requirements. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including experience managing product and sprint backlogs. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automated testing tools is a plus.
The Project Manager role is an onsite role based in Franklin, TN that facilitates onboarding of new clients, new services for existing clients, and internal projects for new and existing platforms. While a technology or information security background is not required, a base level understanding of information technology or previous technology implementations is preferred. Author/facilitate project management documents such as project charters/scope statements, project plans, and present project updates to business owners and clients. PMP or other project management certifications preferred but not required..
