Account Supervisor, Creator Marketing

As the strategic and operational lead for influencer programs, the full-time Account Supervisor, Creator Marketing will manage day-to-day client communications, creator partnerships, and campaign execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively recommend ideas and navigate feedback while offering actionable solutions in the influencer and creator space Lead influencer programs from end to end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across various stages including sourcing and reporting Develop and manage influencer strategies, partnerships, and negotiations to create compelling and authentic content that meets client goals Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in an agency setting focusing on influencer marketing and creator execution Proficiency in social analytics and influencer tools, as well as AI productivity tools to enhance strategy Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, FTC guidelines, and affiliate tools Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills, with experience leading client calls Proactive and organized, with a passion for helping clients succeed in the digital landscape
