Job Description
Clubhouse Attendant Daily Responsibilities:
Facility Opening & Appearance Prepare the clubhouse, pool area, and amenities for residents each day. Maintain cleanliness throughout the clubhouse, restrooms, pool deck, walkways, and other amenity areas. Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed. Ensure pool furniture and common areas are organized and presentable. Resident Services Welcome and assist residents and guests. Respond to resident questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. Report resident concerns and facility issues to management as needed. Facility Monitoring Conduct routine inspections of the clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, and amenity spaces. Monitor pool and amenity areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper operation. Report maintenance, pool, landscaping, or safety concerns to the appropriate vendor or District Manager.
Administrative Duties:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office tasks. Maintain organized records, calendars, bulletin boards, and amenity access records. Assist with clubhouse rentals, including reservations, payments, deposits, and documentation. Forward invoices and other administrative documents as directed. Community Support Pick up minor debris in and around amenity areas as needed. Assist with event setup and breakdown when required. Support vendors, contractors, and residents while maintaining a professional customer service environment.
