Superintendent / Senior Superintendent | Multifamily Construction, San Francisco Bay Area
Apartments | Affordable Housing | Type III & Type V Wood Frame | Ground-UpA nationally ranked multifamily developer-builder is hiring three superintendents (North Bay and South Bay sites) to lead ground-up construction on its San Francisco Bay Area projects. Mid-level superintendents ready to run their own job and senior superintendents with multiple completed projects will both be considered. This is a direct-hire role with an owner-builder that keeps a steady pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Run all on-site construction activity with ownership of quality, safety, and schedule Coordinate and sequence trades; lead week-ahead planning meetings Partner with project management on scope, schedule, and budget Track progress and deliverables in Procore and MS Project Lead and develop field staff and assistant superintendents Report progress to senior leadership and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
Qualifications:
Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily, apartment, or affordable housing projects Strong knowledge of Type III and Type V wood-frame construction (podium a plus)Background with general contractors, affordable housing developers, or owner-builders Established relationships in the local subcontractor market Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel If you are a field leader who builds multifamily the right way, let's talk.
