Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of clinical, case management, disability management, absence management, workers' compensation, occupational health, or return-to-work experience preferred. Experience coordinating return-to-work programs, managing work restrictions, transitional duty assignments, employee absences, or workers' compensation cases strongly preferred. Backgrounds such as Occupational Health with absence management responsibilities, Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), workers' compensation adjusting, case management, leave administration, or Human Resources-related case management are highly desirable.
Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with employees, physicians/providers, operational leaders, Human Resources, workers' compensation stakeholders, and customers. Strong understanding of work restrictions, modified duty programs, return-to-work processes, and disability/absence management. Ability to independently manage a caseload while prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Advanced computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other case management or tracking systems. Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to track employee status, monitor return-to-work milestones, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the case management process. Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
