Essential Job Functions: Operate various equipment such as: Mini ExcavatorSkid SteerScraper Tractor and PansGPS experience is a plusEnsure all work is completed according to required standards and plansLoad and offload rocks, debris and other materials from heavy equipmentManeuver motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materialsWilling to work on the ground and perform manual labor to complete tasks as neededComplete daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediatelyMaintain a high level of quality work at all timesMaintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all timesAid coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shiftFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasksPerform other duties as assignedRepresent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest mannerJob Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to communicate and convey information effectivelyMust be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 poundsKnowledge of OSHA StandardsAbility to obtain Arsenal and FBI Badge preferred, but not requiredRequires personal transportation to job sitesWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as requiredWork weekends and overtime as neededCommitted to attending work each dayAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenGrayson Carter and Son Contracting, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
