Pay Range: $14.50hr - $19.50hr Requirement/
Must Have: Manual dexterity and good hand/eye coordination for working with glass products. Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Close attention to detail and quality. J-STD soldering experience. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations including skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehend and interpret a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint tubes and modules. Test potted modules with various electro-optical test equipment. Evaluate, disposition, and rework image intensifier tubes to ensure product meets all established processes to complete routine tasks and escalate issues to supervisor for resolution. Communicate with team members to provide or obtain information requiring explanation or to Have: Microscope experience. Experience handling small products or microchips. Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology. Related manufacturing work experience including high-volume production. Soldering year degree.
