About the role
Leading strategic communications for a global organization, the full-time remote Director of Global Customer Innovation will develop and execute integrated communication strategies to enhance customer capabilities, drive stakeholder engagement, and support organizational transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies to promote global customer capabilities
Partner with senior leaders to create compelling communications that translate business priorities
Lead communications initiatives for innovation, technology, and data transformation
Required qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 4 years, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience
Experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
Strong executive communications and storytelling capabilities
Proven ability to lead complex communication programs in a global, matrixed environment
Understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
