We are seeking a senior People Operations leader to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and drive process excellence across payroll, benefits, compliance and HR systems. You will lead a People Operations Center of Excellence and a shared services team, partnering with payroll and driving automation of Workday-based workflows as the organization scales.
