About the role

Fortrea seeks an Executive Director, Business Development to lead a team of BD Directors and drive strategic growth across high-value accounts. You will shape commercial strategy, secure partnerships, and expand client relationships to meet corporate goals. Travel 50%+ may be required; you will mentor leaders, oversee forecasting, pricing, and MSAs, and partner with senior executives to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
