Education
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Preferred:
Master's degree (MBA, MPA, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, or related field).PMP certification. CPA, CGFM, or grants management certifications are highly desirable.
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, cost allocation, grant administration, or government program support. Experience developing Cost Allocation Plans and financial models. Experience working with federal grants and compliance requirements. Cost Allocation Plans Financial Modeling Federal Grant AnalysisPACAP documentation Cost Pool Analysis Federal Claiming Compliance reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze existing cost allocation methodologies. Analyze personnel, IT, fiscal, policy, and administrative costs. Support development of cost pools and allocation bases. Create allocation matrices, formulas, and supporting documentation. Perform fiscal impact and reimbursement analysis. Support cost allocation methodology development. Assist with PACAP documentation preparation. Prepare compliance and assessment reports. Support federal claiming optimization activities. Assist in responding to federal review questions and audit requests.
