Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Answers telephones and transfers to appropriate staff member.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMeet and greet clients and visitors.Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.Schedules or coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.Support staff in assigned project based work in a team-oriented environment or independently.Utilizes organization, time-management and problem solving skills to perform work efficiently and effectively.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSMay be required to research, price, and purchase office supplies.May be required to maintain customer information.May order uniforms and invoice employees.Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.May be required to cross-train and substitute for other administrative positions.May be required to pick up/drop off local products or materials by request.FOLLOWS GROWMARK'S CODE OF CONDUCT AND CORPORATE COMPLIANCE PROGRAM, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, OSHA AND DOT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, AS THEY APPLY.
