About the role

National Vision is seeking a District Manager to oversee all retail stores in a designated district, driving profitability and strategic execution. The role focuses on analytics, staffing, merchandising, and clinician relations to deliver best-in-class results. You will lead store teams, coach managers, and ensure adherence to company standards while traveling across the district. A car allowance is provided; ABO/NCLE preferred, with travel required.
