Job Description: Job Title:- Print & Mail Services Specialist
Location: Vadnais Heights, MN 55110 Contract:- 12+ month contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Position Summary:- The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operational support in document production, mail services, shipping and receiving, customer service, and general office services. The role supports daily business operations by managing print production, document finishing, inventory control, mail processing, and customer requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service. Key Responsibilities:- Print and Document Services Operate high-volume copy, printing, and document imaging equipment. Perform document finishing activities including cutting, binding, punching, assembling, stapling, and quality control checks. Generate reports and process digital print jobs. Operate document management and imaging software. Maintain copier functionality and perform basic troubleshooting. Mail, Shipping & Receiving Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and shipments. Handle UPS, USPS, and other carrier shipping and receiving activities. Apply postage, sort and distribute mail, and maintain accurate shipping records. Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials within the facility. Administrative & Customer Support Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members via email, phone, and in person. Respond to service requests and customer inquiries. Maintain service logs, billing records, inventory reports, and operational documentation. Monitor and replenish office supplies while maintaining inventory levels. Facility & Office Support Assist with conference room and meeting room setups. Support office moves, light maintenance, and general housekeeping when required. Ensure work areas remain organized, stocked, and presentable.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.1 to 2 years of experience in office services, print production, mail services, shipping/receiving, or a related field. Prior experience with print production, copying, binding, and finishing services preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Customer service and client communication. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
