Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Project Manager: Restoration & ReconstructionOVERVIEW: Evolution Restoration & Renovation is a Phoenix-based restoration and reconstruction company specializing in insurance-driven water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects. We work directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters to restore properties from emergency to fully rebuilt — with one team and one point of contact the entire way.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can own a job from the moment it is sold through the final walkthrough. You will be the homeowner's main contact, the field team's leader, and the person who makes sure every milestone, budget, and timeline stays on track.This is a fast-paced, field-integrated role. You will not be managing from a desk.
