Lot Attendant Growing Auto Auction! Hiring Immediately! Experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.$15.00 - $16.50 per hour Monday-Friday schedule Full benefits package & paid time off for full-time employees Part-time employees may be eligible for select company benefits 401(k) with company match Career growth potential Safely move, park, and organize vehicles. Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory. Assist with vehicle check-in and staging. Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days. Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized. Support auction operations and special projects as needed. Full-time or Part-time (Your Choice) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmNo nights or weekends Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow directions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently. Basic knowledge of vehicles, including the ability to identify makes and models, preferred. Ability to multitask and manage physical tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening required. Prior experience working with vehicles or outdoor labor preferred but not required. Entry-level position with opportunity for advancement. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly. Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items.
