About the role
Primary Function and Purpose In accordance with the established mission, policies and procedures of Cheryl&Co. and/or specific instructions from the Food Production Manager, the position of Cooling Room Attendant is to act in a key position of quality assurance and control between the baking rooms and frosting area and/or product packing.
Coverage Duties and Responsibilities:
Tracking and ensuring product quality and consistency through performing and recording product weight and measurements Managing and organizing space and positioning of product racks to ensure easy and efficient transportation Notifying Management / Quality Assurance in case of any product abnormality that would affect product quality Qualifications Use of scale and caliper necessary Ability to clearly read & write in English and perform basic math High School Degree preferred Previous food production experience preferred Able to work a 10 hour shift on your feet without issue 1st shift: 4:30am-5:30pm (work a 10 hour shift between these times)
