About the role
Ongoing Production Coordination Assistance. Ideal Applicant would be looking for part time film making experience as a producer/coordinator. Introductory film position based around building practical experience in film production. Volunteers for this position are relied on for vital tasks associated with the execution of projects and programs. These tasks include communications & scheduling, auditing meetings, record keeping, support with forms & permits (and other project paperwork), creative logistics. Requires minimum availability of 8 hours per week to be active. (Can PA with less availability). Responsibilities would Include: Running Errands for Upcoming Local Film Shoots Assistance with Paperwork for Upcoming Productions, Operational Oversight, and Development Assist with Social Media Upkeep Assist in Maintaining Covid Safe Sets Optional additional responsibilities: On site Training in Film Production Pending Training Managing Film Schedules and Calendar Responding to Casting, Locations, and Development Inquiries Managing Equipment Inventory Email Follow ups
