Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Equipment Service Manager based in Odem, TX. The Service Manager will oversee and manage the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity in equipment repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising service team members, managing project timelines, maintaining budgets, coordinating inspections, and ensuring high service standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to team leadership and operational management in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience managing and motivating teams effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting to oversee repair schedules and fiscal planning
- Knowledge of Construction practices and equipment, ensuring informed decision-making and efficient project management
- Experience in performing or overseeing Inspection of construction equipment for quality and safety compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight timelines
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, and compliance standards
- A relevant technical degree or certification is a plus
