Dispensary LeadThe Dispensary Lead, reporting directly to the Dispensary Manager, is responsible for assisting in managing all daily operations, leading a patient-centric team and achieving Company standards of professionalism and compassionate patient service. Additionally, the Dispensary Lead implements and maintains the policies and procedures of the Company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)Balance cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedureObserving and participating in patient services during consultation and saleUpdate Communication Binder for most current information for team membersAudit patient intake forms for accuracy and completionAssist with Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) programMaintain accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job descriptionPerform general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using emailUpholding all Company policies and proceduresProvide General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and sales on a weekly basisEnsure that all agents maintain proper record keeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logsHelp educate all team members on product offerings and any changes in state or city regulationsAssist with coordinating patient home delivery schedule with Delivery ManagerParticipate in weekly and quarterly management meetingsEqual employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
