Office Assistant Position at Ace Pipe Cleaning Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. is a leader in the field of trenchless rehabilitation in the United States, and part of the Carylon Corporation, which includes fourteen companies that provide environmental maintenance services across the country. Our headquarters is in Kansas City, MO with branch operations in St. Louis, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Nashville.
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday-9:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties: Greet all visitors to the office location and determine proper direction for their visit. Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls or take messages as needed. Open mail and process accordingly. Create job folders and enter jobs digitally. Prepare written correspondence and various other documents as required. Maintain and organize vendor files and customer files. Uphold company policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Scanning documents.
Qualifications: Relevant experience in an office environment. High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate. Proficient personal computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented and has ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
