RTX is seeking an Associate Director for AMRAAM Production Integration & Readiness in Tucson, AZ. You will lead P&L, cost, schedule, and technical execution for Lot 39/40, coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain and contracts to ensure timely customer delivery. Responsibilities include production gates, capture activities, and contract startup, plus risk and opportunity mitigation. You will mentor teams and drive long-range production strategies in a highly regulated defense
