Employment Type: Full-Time A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendentto oversee field operations on water, wastewater, underground utility, and land development projects throughout Southern California. Responsibilities: Oversee all field operations from project startup through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead daily coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients. Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries. Maintain compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule. Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure, underground utilities, or land development projects. Knowledge of lift stations, pump stations, process piping, mechanical systems, and utility installations is highly preferred. Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.

Preferred Experience: Water and wastewater treatment facilities. Underground wet utilities. Pump stations and lift stations. Process piping and mechanical utility systems. Public works and municipal infrastructure. Site development and grading.
