Seasonal Worker II General Laborers, 1st Shift Del Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower, producer and marketer of fresh, value-added, and shelf-stable produce. Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking Seasonal Worker II General Laborers, 1st Shift. The Seasonal Worker II - General Labor, 1st Shift is responsible for supporting distribution center and label line operations during peak season. This is a temporary seasonal position that assists with general labor duties, food safety initiatives, and DRU builds while maintaining compliance with safety standards, GMP, and OSHA regulations.
Accountabilities: Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to promote food safety initiatives. Assist with label line operations to deliver quality products. Support DRU builds during peak season. Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors. Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly. Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards. Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
Minimum Skills Required: Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards Prior experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or food production environment preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
