Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) - Proven experience leading Manhattan Active implementations, go-lives, and conversion projects.
  • Strong expertise in MAWM configuration and functional design
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing SIT, UAT, and production validation testing
  • Experience creating training materials and conducting end-user training sessions
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution processes
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and best practices to operational and technical teams
Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Manhattan Active WMS) to support strategic warehouse initiatives and enterprise-wide Manhattan Active implementations. This individual will serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), partnering with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to drive solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Manhattan Active implementations and conversions, providing strategic direction for warehouse operations, and translating business requirements into scalable WMS solutions. This resource will play a key role in deployment activities, system optimization, user adoption, and post-go-live support across NFI's distribution network.
