We are currently seeking a Part-Time File Room Clerk for our New York City office location. This role requires a high energy individual with strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Organization and maintenance of digital files Filing incoming documents Scanning documents Copying documents Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of file room Flexible schedule
Requirements:
Available to work 10-15 hours per week, during regular working hours (M-F, 9am - 5:30pm)Previous experience in a corporate environment is a plus Motivated, self-starter Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to multi-task and prioritize Terrific communication skills, both verbal and written Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually Ability to maintain confidentiality Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift heavy files and/or boxes Strong technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office This position starts pay at $17/hour.
