About the role

ORAU is offering a MEMS research internship at the U.S. Army DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD. The internship focuses on developing advanced MEMS technologies used in Assured Positioning and Radio Frequency systems. Candidates should be pursuing an Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science degree and have strong lab experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a GPA of 3.50 or higher. The position is open to U.S. citizens only. Please contact ARLFellowship@orau.org for inquiries.
